With Valentines Day coming up, it’s the perfect opportunity to show your partner how much you love them… so why not ditch the pre-made card and plan a much more fun day? Here are my top ten fun things to do this Valentine’s Day…

1. A handmade love note

One romantic thing to do this Valentine’s day would be to spend some time finding some cute notelets or a pretty card and write your partner a handwritten note. Leave it by their bed so when they wake up, that’s the first thing they will see. That’s just the kind of thing that will make their day!

2. Take the day off

If you can, try to get the day off. Not only will this give you more time to plan and enjoy your Valentine’s day, it will also keep you relaxed and give you a much deserved lie in! Don’t fret if you can’t get the day off, though, you can have just as much fun after work!

3. Prepare a picnic

Most people forget about lunch on Valentines Day, but it can be the perfect way to have some fun! Pack a picnic basket with all of your favourite foods, and find somewhere picturesque to share lunch.
